Why this page exists
Answers you can get in a minute, not a sales cycle
Most of the questions school leaders ask us don't need a demo. What are we actually spending on software? Where is admin eating into teaching time? Are we still on top of our data obligations? They need a number, a chart, or an honest list of gaps.
So we build small tools that answer one of those questions properly, and we give them away. Every tool here was shaped with people doing the job — a bursar, a deputy head, a data lead — and each one shows its assumptions so you can argue with them.
They're free because a useful answer is the best introduction we can make. Use a tool, take the result to your next budget or SLT meeting, and if you never speak to us again that's a fine outcome.

- Are these tools really free?
- Yes. Every tool on this page is free to use and there's no trial to start. You give us your name and school email to see your result, and you can use the tool as often as you like.
- What happens with my email address?
- We use it to send your result and, if you tick the box, to let you know when we release a new free tool. We don't sell or share it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- Pupil rolls come from the published schools register, and cost benchmarks come from anonymised pricing we see across the 250+ schools using Involve. Every result shows its assumptions so you can correct them.
