Case Study: Bishop Wordsworth School
“Outstanding” grammar school was struggling to keep track of student music lessons before using Involve
The main pull for me was the ability to live register and sync with our school MIS, Bromcom. This meant that I was finally able to close the loophole of ‘have the pupils left their academic lesson and arrived at their music lesson’ without having a full time administrator.
The peripatetics complete their own register as pupils arrive, and attendance are able to see this immediately on Bromcom.
In terms of getting to grips with the administration of peripatetic timetabling this is by far the best product I have used, but actually the outstanding feature of Involve is the people.
There have been issues, as there always is with new products, but the care and attention given the team to fix these have been brilliant. And the face-to-face discussion about these issues have always led to conversations about how to improve things both us as schools, and Involve as a provider and it is exciting to see how they are now expanding into co-curricular and beyond.
