Our story

Involve began at some point between 2014 and 2020 (we aren't quite sure) when friends Ross and James first met while running a church children's club. They bonded over a love of puzzles and music, and had soon created the world's first music supervision app: Practice Pal Music. After assembling an eager team of helpers and early adopters, the 2020 lockdowns led to interest from schools and a wealth of new puzzles to solve — from the complexity of music lesson scheduling to the intricacies of parent communication.

After rapid expansion into school music departments around the world, Involve has steadily grown into the most powerful platform for managing the entirety of school life. Involve today may have been fully rebuilt since that early music management software, but the team's desire to solve the hardest puzzles facing schools today has only grown.
