Our philosophy

One platform, no modules. Depth without configuration projects. Software that respects a school's time.

The world's most productive company building the world's most productive software.

Everything we refuse to build is as deliberate as everything we do.

The school software market grew by addition: an MIS, then a portal, then a payments tool, then a behaviour app, each with its own login, data model and invoice. Schools carry the cost of joining it all up. We think that is the wrong architecture, not a pricing problem.

Principle 01

One platform, not fifty modules

Every feature area shares one data model, one permission system and one interface. Attendance knows about behaviour; finance knows about trips; the parent portal knows about all of it.

Nothing is a separate purchase, and no feature is held back to create an upsell later.

Principle 02

Depth without complexity

Powerful software usually means a configuration project. We do the hard thinking up front so schools adapt the platform by using it, not by commissioning it.

If a feature needs a consultant to switch on, we have designed it badly.

Principle 03

Built for everyone in the community

Staff, leaders, parents and pupils all touch the same system. A tool only staff can tolerate is a tool that quietly fails, so we design for the least patient user in the building.

Principle 04

Honest by default

Clear pricing, no data hostage-taking, exports whenever you want them, and a straight answer when the answer is no. Schools plan in years — they deserve suppliers who behave accordingly.

  • Nothing sold twice
  • Built for the whole community
