Pippa sits inside Involve and answers the questions that normally mean opening four systems and asking two colleagues. Attendance patterns, behaviour trends, who to contact about a pupil, what changed since last week.

Pippa inherits the exact permissions of the person asking. A form tutor sees their form. A head of year sees their year group. A bursar sees finance.
There is no separate AI permission model to configure, and no path for Pippa to surface something a user could not already open themselves.

Every answer links back to the records it came from, so staff can verify before acting on it. Pippa says "I don't know" rather than guessing when the data isn't there.

Your data is never used to train third-party models. Prompts and responses are processed under our data processing terms, retained only as long as needed to deliver the feature, and covered by the same UK/EU hosting choices as the rest of the platform.
