Encryption and access
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Staff access is least-privilege and audited; support access to school data is time-boxed, logged and visible to you.

Availability and backups
Continuous backups with point-in-time recovery, tested restores, and published uptime. Maintenance is scheduled outside UK school hours.

Compliance and documentation
UK GDPR-aligned processing terms and a sub-processor list are available on request. We do not provide pre-filled DPIAs, but we will answer the questions your DPO needs answered.

Exit and portability
You can export your data at any time through the platform. We do not provide a special export on termination; standard export tools remain available and deletion timelines are documented in our terms.
