Target by year group, house, class, club, trip, attendance flag or any saved filter. Lists rebuild at send time, so joiners, leavers and changes of contact are respected automatically.

Court orders, restricted contacts, priority parents and consent flags are enforced at send time, not left to staff memory. Sensitive threads can be limited to named staff.

Every message, recipient, delivery receipt and read state is retained against the pupil record, searchable years later for subject access requests or inspection evidence.

Parents reply in the same thread; absence reports, consent responses and forms arrive as structured data on the record rather than as unread inbox items.
